The public institution Authors’ Foundation is a legal person, operating under the Republic of Lithuania Constitution, the Republic of Lithuania Law on Public Institutions, and other regulations. The institution is a non-profit limited liability public legal person.
Authors’ Foundation was established in March 2020.
The organisation’s value is freedom to create. Authors’ Foundation aims at protecting the core values and traditions of democracy in innovative and society-engaging ways.
